Narcissus (Daffodil)

In Prussia, narcissus was a symbol of love, happy marriage and family happiness for many years. By the old custom a bride-to-be dug a bulb out of the parent garden before marriage and took it with her. It was believed to be the keeper of her family happiness.

By an ancient Greek legend, narcissus symbolizes extreme physical attractiveness. You will find no other symbol to show how impressed you are by the beauty of the lady you send it to!

The gift consists of a couple of blooming narcissus in a small flower pot.
