Independence Day of Ukraine

On August 24, 2018 Ukrainians celebrate the 27th anniversary of the country's independence. It is a very important day in Ukrainian history, therefore people gladly take part in multiple events.

Festive events

Various celebrations are planned in the capital and other major cities of the country, ranging from embroidery parades to patriotic festivals. To honor the holiday a military parade in Kyiv is held.
